Meet the Y.E.S. Board

Camila Santisteven, President
Camila Santistevan is a Senior Associate in the Seattle office of Korn/Ferry International a multinational executive search firm that specializes in the recruitment of high-caliber senior management through its network of more than 80 offices throughout the world. In this capacity Camila works with fortune 500 clients leading high level executive searches for top talent in high technology, life sciences and higher education. During her eight years with Korn/Ferry she has successfully completed searches across a wide functional spectrum for top positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Heads of Sales and Marketing and several CEO assignments.
Camila began her career in executive search in Korn/Ferry’s Washington DC office where she led the research function. She also led the recruitment function for a large multinational Foundation, IFES, based in Washington DC where she built the organization’s Senior Management team domestically and internationally. Camila has worked in three Korn/Ferry offices: Washington DC, Boston and now Seattle where she relocated with her husband in 2006.
Camila holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Born in Lima, Peru she speaks fluent Spanish and makes an effort to get back to South America once a year. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Anne Cosens, Vice President
Anne is the Assistant Investment Manager, Asset Operations for Schnitzer West, a real estate development company. Since she started in May 2006, Anne has been working on The Bravern, a five acre site situated at the gateway into Bellevue that consists of two office towers (750,00 SF), 30-35 upscale retail shops anchored by Neiman Marcus (305,000 SF) and two condo towers (450 units). In this position, she interfaces with Tenants and ensures the proper and smooth operation of the property which includes managing daily activities such as construction coordination, loading dock operations, security, and parking.
Prior to joining the Asset Operations team, she helped lease up the office towers to Microsoft by way of marketing, planning broker events, and tracking prospective tenants. She then stepped into a development management role addressing the construction aspects of the office towers.
Prior to moving to Seattle in April 2006, Anne worked as a Client Coordinator at Aon headquarters, a fortune 500 insurance company based in Chicago for 2 years.
Anne earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University, and is planning on working towards her MBA at the University of Washington in 2010. Her hobbies include heading to the gym, knitting, reading, traveling as much as possible, and currently, planning for her Mexico wedding coming up in October 2009.

Tricia Tolbert, Operations Chair
Following a successful corporate career in Texas, Tricia is committed to developing and maintaining a professional network in Seattle and volunteering with Dress for Success. She recently partnered as a Project Manager to successfully execute a redesign of the space at Dress for Success Seattle and now oversees the operational set up of the Y.E.S! Board.
Prior to moving to Seattle in 2007, Tricia was part of a team of six who launched the first US office of the Aberdeen, Scotland based payroll and tax management firm, Activpayroll, Inc. As the Office Manager and corporate secretary, she built the foundation of the new office by implementing HR forms and documentation, and initiating policies and procedures. She was an integral member of researching and choosing the payroll management system to use for client transactions.
Tricia has eleven years of experience in the banking industry, with five years as a Corporate Trainer, most recently with Guaranty Bank, where she consistently improved processes and procedures to increase efficiency while building successful project partnerships and alliances. Not only did she partner in editing and redesigning the existing training programs, with specific focus on new hire, policy and procedures, and regulatory material, but she also collaborated with her colleague to redesign a Mentor Program for new hires to create consistent practices across regions in TX and CA.
Tricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology, specializing in Supervision, Training and Development, and Human Resources from the University of Houston; a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) through the American Payroll Institute; and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking and traveling.

Lindsey Meyer, Membership Chair
Lindsey is currently in her second year at Microsoft Advertising, handling accounts that are planning and buying digital media out of the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University with a BA in Business at the age of 20, Lindsey moved to the UK to explore the world of media. She spent three years in London working with some of England’s largest advertisers while employed by the online media company, MediaBrokers. Lindsey is pleased to be back in Seattle in her current role which involves hands-on collaboration and consultation with her accounts on how advertisers can leverage MSFT media to achieve their ROI and branding goals.
Lindsey enjoys taking advantage of the outdoors, playing Ultimate Frisbee, listening to live music, spending time with friends and family and laughing.

Liz Powell, Marketing and Public Relations Chair
Liz is the Public Relations Manager at Blue Nile, the largest online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry. In this position, she oversees all aspects of media relations for the Company, working closely with business, consumer, technology, and internet and jewelry trade media to promote the Blue Nile brand. At Blue Nile, she also works as an integral part of the marketing team to enhance overall branding efforts for the Company which includes defining messaging and core principles for the customer service team, and developing website content on an ongoing basis.
Prior to joining Blue Nile, Liz worked as a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist at E*TRADE FINANCIAL where she worked proactively and reactively with financial services, technology and consumer media to enhance the E*TRADE brand. She has also worked in the communications departments of Regal Entertainment Group and CNET Networks.
Liz earned a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fly-fishing, traveling and eating out.

Jessica Estrada, Marketing and Public Relations Co-Chair
Jessica Estrada manages networking events and professional development programs for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce. She had held this position since April 2006 and is responsible for a variety of events including the Chamber’s Annual Tradeshow, Restaurant After Hours, Toast of Seattle, Business After Hours, Best Places to Work, and the Sloan Awards for Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. Estrada also manages the Chamber’s Young Professionals Network and has grown it into the largest business-related young professionals’ organization in the greater Seattle area.
Prior to the Chamber, Estrada worked as marketing coordinator for Niketown Seattle, where she produced in-store events, managed corporate marketing initiatives and created community outreach programs.
She is active in several professional and community organizations, including serving as a board member for the Young Executives for Success of the Seattle Dress for Success organization. She also currently serves as a member of the program council for the Seattle Society for Human Resource Management and on the retail core marketing committee for the Downtown Seattle Association. Both of these organizations have recognized her as volunteer of the month. In spring 2008, she was a nominee for the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Washington.

Anh Nguyen, Events Chair
Anh is a Program Officer on the US Program, Education team of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In this capacity, she works with an array of private, public and nonprofit partners to help ensure that 80% of high school students graduate fully prepared for college, with a focus on low-income and minority young people reaching this target. Today, that percentage is unfortunately far lower at nearly 30%.
Prior to joining the Gates Foundation, Anh was a Program Manager at DC Agenda, a nonprofit intermediary that brought together individuals and resources from the private, non-profit, and government sectors to address equitable development and youth investment needs in Washington, DC. She also worked as an independent consultant to the SEED Foundation and Public Charter School and the Washington Tennis and Education Foundation and served as a Summer Associate at Victory Schools, Inc. Anh began her career in the private sector as a consultant with The Lewin Group, and throughout college she taught in Cambridge Public Schools.
Anh earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Science from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is an avid baker, traveler and party planner.

Colby Grab, Events Co-Chair
Colby is currently the Marketing Systems Manager at the Washington Athletic Club, the premier city-athletic club in America. In her current position, she acts as the project manager for all jobs, both print and electronic, that involve the in-house marketing team. She is the liaison between her team and the department clients – coordinating project time lines, budgets and marketing plans – among a variety of other things.
Before joining the WAC team, Colby worked in sales at Nordstrom. She enjoyed building relationships with her regular clients and getting involved with the planning and execution of numerous customer appreciation events.
Colby graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and was fortunate enough to spend a semester of her collegiate career in Milan, Italy. Colby enjoys anything and everything Italian – the food, the wine, the art…the shoes! She also loves to read, catch up on celebrity gossip, workout, try new restaurants and sing in the car.
